Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview
Poletis d.o.o. respects your right to control your own data. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any data received through Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
2. Data We May Hold
If you connected a Meta account to Studio OS, we may hold a Meta user or business identifier, selected Facebook Page ID, linked Instagram Business account ID, granted permissions, connection status, token expiry, access tokens, and records of content you published or attempted to publish from Studio OS.
3. How to Request Deletion
Email nino@eupoletis.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", from the email address associated with your Studio OS account or Meta connection. Include the studio/tenant and Facebook Page or Instagram account if you know them. After we confirm your identity, we will delete personal data and Meta integration data we are no longer required to keep within 30 days.
4. What Happens Next
We disconnect the Meta account, remove stored tokens and integration identifiers from our systems, and instruct our processors to do the same, except where retention is required by law or needed for security and accounting records. We will confirm deletion by email.
